The Firm's name, "EID” is an abbreviation for "Empowering Impactful Development," reflecting our commitment to effective and impactful development.
The Firm was founded by lawyer Suleiman Adel EID, registered with the Bar Association in the Syrian Arab Republic. He obtained official approval from the Central Bar Association of Syrian Lawyers to practice his profession abroad on June 7, 2021, after finalizing the establishment of his Firm and setting its vision. Lawyer Suleiman submitted an application to the relevant authorities in Berlin to obtain the necessary licenses to practice law according to Syrian law within German territories, whether personally or under his Firm's name, "EID GmbH." Subsequently, the Supreme Court of Justice in Berlin granted official approval for "EID GmbH" to practice consultancy work in Syrian law, operating from its main headquarters in the capital, Berlin, Germany, with the license registered in the official German registry for legal services.
Additionally, "EID GmbH" has entered into cooperative agreements with German lawyers, enabling it to legally serve and care for clients seeking consultations in German law. These agreements were a vital necessity, providing an important opportunity to stay informed about the latest legal developments in Germany, particularly in automation and information protection laws, to avoid any potential violations that may occur later, whether for the Firm or any of its esteemed clients.
