Lease Contracts and Lawsuits
We provide all consultations and services related to organizing lease contracts and lease lawsuits to ensure your rights are protected and your obligations are regulated, whether you are a tenant, landlord, or affected third party in the lease relationship.
First:
Lease contracts are among the contracts conducted daily and significantly in all countries worldwide. However, despite the existence of printed and ready-made lease contracts, you must take some steps and procedures to protect yourself from any future problems, whether related to eviction or financial and material burdens arising from the lease relationship.
Second:
The regulation of the lease relationship in different countries is subject to various laws ranging from civil law to special lease laws, not ending with its continuous amendments to this day. This has made lease matters somewhat complex and crowded court corridors with lease lawsuits.

Trust Bonds Collection
The deed of trust is when someone delivers a sum of money to another person in trust to return it to him, and signs a deed to that effect. However, if the debtor refuses to return the entrusted amount after the creditor has sent a notice through a notary public to demand the return of the trust deposited with him within a limited period, and if the deadline passes without returning the trust, the debtor becomes guilty of breach of trust. At that point, the creditor has the right to demand that the public prosecutor initiate criminal proceedings against the debtor who signed the deed.
Divorce Procedures in Germany
The main reasons for divorce usually stem from disagreements and lack of understanding between the parties. After establishing sufficient and convincing grounds for divorce and in cases where reconciliation is not possible, divorce can be pursued through several means, with the most preferable being divorce in the home country where the marriage took place, with authentication of documents and their translation and authentication at the German embassy in that country, so that the divorce becomes legally recognized in Germany.
There are general provisions for each case, but each case has its own specific situation and details. Through our expertise in German laws and other legal systems, we can provide you with accurate information and advice to help you avoid problems arising from insufficient or inaccurate information.
